We've got a sub for each of the 50 states, plus DC and Puerto Rico! We're opening many of them to the public in the near future, but tonight we'd like to introduce...
New York: /r/BetoForNewYork
We're hoping everyone will join the conversation at these subs as well. The state-level subs will be great places for sharing information about local issues and events.
Good morning r/Beto2020.............
HOLY MOLY 6.1million and 8K?!?!
We did so well guys! But it doesn’t stop there! Let’s keep this wild road trip running!!!!!
Once again it is time for our daily roundtable discussion to help Beto, try to reach out to other voters and be civil. I would just like to remind everyone to please be civil to other candidates in your posts and not to get too rattled by the media. They are a cynical bunch and this is how they roll.
I also would like to draw to attention by the fact that we are getting too distracted by how we and Beto are perceived. It’s not healthy. Remember to always take a break. Also I can confirm that Beto is supporting The Medicare for America bill in Congress if you want a stance on healthcare.

Now a couple things to discuss:
1: No uncivil behavior. This is a campaign of coming together. If you want to respond to people about Beto's policy, kindly and politely direct them to his list of policies on his site such as criminal justice reform and immigration. Teach, don't Taunt.
So after reading news articles, Reddit posts, Facebook comments, and tweets over the last several weeks, I just wanted to encourage the supporters of Beto to behave and engage the way Beto has demonstrated. The toxic victim mentality and divisive in-party attacks is driving many away from Bernie's camp and is frankly very sad. Please engage others in a way that reflects positive growth and hope. Be firm in presenting facts defending Beto's record if you have them and avoid tearing down other candidates. Beto is for all Americans and wants to represent all of us. Be for Beto and for America and not anti anyone else. It will be a long campaign and they will have plenty of time to see what Beto represents and if we reflect that positivity they have a chance to see it sooner. Lets do everything we can to encourage each other's as well and avoid getting the reputation that the "Bernie Bro's" did in 2016.
It is obvious, on Reddit as well as Twitter and other social media platforms, that Beto's success has struck a nerve with some people. Even though it is tempting, please do your best to stay positive, don't engage with trolls, and represent Beto in a positive way. Remember that even though most of us are not at all affiliated with the Beto campaign, as his supporters we still represent him. We want to be sure that we are always representing him in a positive light! And that means that if supporters of other candidates try to engage in negative discourse with you, take the high road! It's just not worth it.
